Blue Light Discount
All Trust staff are eligible for a Blue Light Card. The card gives teachers and support staff access to discounts and rewards for a wide range of services. Blue Light Card members can potentially save up to £800 per year.
Teachers' Pensions Scheme
The Teachers’ Pension Scheme is a defined benefit pension and is based on your teaching salary rather than the amount of money you pay in. The scheme also allows you to take part of your pension as a tax-free lump sum when you retire.
Local Government Pension Scheme
The Local Government Pension Scheme is a defined benefit pension scheme which means your pension is not affected by how well investments perform. Instead, your pension is based on your salary and how long you pay into the scheme. The LGPS provides you with a secure and guaranteed income when you stop working so you can retire with confidence.

We want to support our colleagues to be able to travel to and from work, in an environmentally friendly way. This government backed initiative, allows employees to give up a part of their gross salary in exchange for a bike or accessories. Employees will also get savings on Income Tax and National Insurance.
