Gender Pay Gap

HCAT Multi-Academy trust is committed to the promotion of equality of opportunities to all employees, and supports the fair treatment of all staff irrespective of gender.

In April 2017, the government introduced the gender pay gap transparency regulations. The regulations are to encourage large employers to take informed action to close their gender pay gap where one exists

HCAT from June 2019 (with the conversion of Horizon) now employ more
than 250 employees and therefore we are legally bound to publish details of the gender pay gap annually.
